"Ruby was amazing with our three dogs (chihuahuas and a staffy). It was our first experience with a pet sitter but she made it very easy. It was comforting to see daily photos of our girls and hear how they were going. She was great at following the complex instructions for feeding and keeping the dogs separated, ensuring certain gates were open and others closed. Will absolutely use Ruby again on our next holiday! "

"Holly was an absolute gem of a catsitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our beloved furbabies for over a week. From the first meeting, she put us completely at ease, making the transition of leaving them in her care much smoother. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were evident from the start.
One of the things we appreciated most was her thoughtful daily updates, complete with adorable photos. Knowing how our cats were doing each day brought so much comfort and made the separation much easier. She went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved, cared for, and completely at home in her presence.
Holly was not only incredibly organised and reliable, but she was also a delight to communicate with throughout. Our cats adored her, and it was clear they had formed a special bond. Without a doubt, we’ll be engaging her services again in the future—she’s an absolute superstar, and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated, trustworthy, and loving catsitter (or Furbaby sitter! "First time using Madyn to sit our indoor only Miss Pearl whilst we were away for a short break. Madyn is a thoughtful sitter and made sure Pearl has some enrichment each time she visited to feed, water and clear her litter tray. Communication was open and frequent and we love the little Pawshake report cards. I would have no hesitation in recommending Madyn to any kitty owners in the Pine Rivers Area. "Elizabeth took care of our cat Coni like he was her own during the three and a half weeks my partner and I were overseas. "Robyn's service and dedication was excellent. We couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Our pets were quite skittish at first as they had only moved house a little over a week before Robyn started her care, but by the end of the 4 days appeared to be comfortable with her visits and presence.
Robyn, communicated with us during each visit (twice a day) and sent photos. She also tended to other value added tasks during her visits. ie. Watering plants, retrieving newspapers etc.
Robyn will be our first choice when we need pet sitting again, subject to her availability, of course."

"Katie was really great as this was my first time using a pet sitter. She didn't have an issue with the late notice and was very accommodating. She really loves your pets when they are away and provided plenty of communication thought the visits. We also had a bit of an ant problem at the house that we're getting in to the cat food and Katie sorted it all out and even gave the floor a mop so we got home to a nice house and happy cats. I would recommend her to look after any of your furry friends."
