"Felicity communicated very well throughout the booking process and wanted to make sure she had all details on the care of our cats correct. "This was my first time having someone other than family care for my cats whilst away so I was a little apprehensive about trying a service such as Pawshake. From the first correspondence with Jenny I was made to feel at ease. She met with me at my house before I booked to meet my babies and to get acquainted with their feeding requirements and to help me feel at ease. One of my cats is very skittish around strangers but instead of running away and hiding she walked up to Jenny, smelled her, then settled on her cat tree where she stayed the whole time.
Jenny is a beautiful, gentle person and is absolutely magical with animals. She kept me updated daily on how both cats were doing along with photos and it was plain to see that my cats loved being around her. When we got home both cats were relaxed and content showing no anxiety that we’d been away for three days.
I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough and will definitely be using her whenever we go away if she is available. "
