She was communicative, helpful and bonded with Aggie, who looked forward to Kathy's daily visits and missed her for a day or so after we returned home. "Karen was wonderful - easy communication leading up to the booking, and daily updates (including photos and videos) of the cats whilst we were away. Everything was tidy and organised when I got back, and most importantly, my cats felt comfortable around her and were in a very well looked after state when I got back.
