"Natalie is a stellar professional and a true animal lover. She looked after our cat and dog with such care and nurture and this was the first time we had time away from our pets (9 days). Natalie sent updates and photos each day and kept us at ease the whole time we were away and our animals loved her! "Ruby was absolutely amazing while taking care of Luna, Penny, our guinea pigs, and our cat Jasper over the 4 days we were away. From the start, she was reliable, kind, and clearly has a genuine love for animals.
She kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind, and it was obvious that all of our pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for in her hands. Luna and Penny adored her, the guinea pigs were thriving, and even Jasper—who can be a bit particular—was relaxed and content.

"Holly was an absolute gem of a catsitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our beloved furbabies for over a week. From the first meeting, she put us completely at ease, making the transition of leaving them in her care much smoother. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were evident from the start.
One of the things we appreciated most was her thoughtful daily updates, complete with adorable photos. Knowing how our cats were doing each day brought so much comfort and made the separation much easier. She went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved, cared for, and completely at home in her presence.
Holly was not only incredibly organised and reliable, but she was also a delight to communicate with throughout. Our cats adored her, and it was clear they had formed a special bond.
