"Natalie is a stellar professional and a true animal lover. She looked after our cat and dog with such care and nurture and this was the first time we had time away from our pets (9 days). "Ruby was absolutely amazing while taking care of Luna, Penny, our guinea pigs, and our cat Jasper over the 4 days we were away. From the start, she was reliable, kind, and clearly has a genuine love for animals.
She kept us updated regularly, which gave us so much peace of mind, and it was obvious that all of our pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for in her hands. Luna and Penny adored her, the guinea pigs were thriving, and even Jasper—who can be a bit particular—was relaxed and content.
