"Kylie is such a wonderful pet sitter. It was my first time booking in a pet sitter for my miniature schnauzer, George, and Kylie went above and beyond to make sure he was calm and entertained the entire time. She also made me feel relaxed my sending photo updates, and George just looked so happy in all of them. "Katy has cared for our 2 cats twice now at home. She has been reliable, sent us photos and updates regularly, and been open to discussing how often & length of visits depending on length of time we were away. She has won over our anxious cat who generally doesn't like new people, and has entertained and stimulated the alpha male who gets bored easily when home alone. She was also helpful when we had an urgent situation overseas, stepping in at very short notice and making the care for our beloved cats one less thing we had to worry about at a stressful time. "We were in need of an experienced and attentive pet sitter to care for our two senior cats while we were away for a month. Alyssa proved to be the perfect fit for this role.
One of our cats is 19 years old with arthritis, kidney issues, and hearing loss, requiring specialised care including medications and gentle handling. Our 13 year old is in good health but craves daily affection in the form of brushes and play time.
Alyssa visited our home twice per day to tend to all of their needs. She administered medications properly and on schedule for our older cat. Both kitties received plenty of cuddles and playtime. Alyssa sent photo and video updates after each visit so we could check in on them. Her communication was exceptionally prompt if we had any questions.
Upon returning home, we were thrilled to be welcomed by two happy, healthy cats whose routines were undisrupted. Alyssa kept their area clean and even did some tidying up around the house. It brought us peace of mind while traveling to know our beloved furry family members were in such caring, capable hands. We would not hesitate to call on Alyssa for pet sitting in the future and highly recommend her to anyone in need of this service."

"We took a chance on Teddy as he's fairly new to Pawshake - and we are incredibly glad we did! He was lovely to deal with and he maintained excellent communications throughout. He turned up on time at the meet and greet, listened to all our instructions, and most importantly, took immensely good care of the two most important things in our life, our dog Kiba and cat Brunel. We felt so relaxed on our 4 day getaway because we knew he was taking excellent care of them... and we have the gorgeous selfies that Teddy sent with the pets to prove it! We will be booking Teddy again soon. I just hope he doesn't get TOO popular so we get to keep him for whenever we go away. 😁 Thankyou Teddy, you are wonderful and I know the pets will be very happy to see you again next time. Cheers!!"
