"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.
Will definitely be using Jenna again - and recommending her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. "

"I have 2 very shy cats that hide when ever anyone comes in. I have had a lot of pet sitters and Nicola is the only one that could get them to come out for pets and treets.
Nicola is the best sitter I have ever had and hopefully she will be avaliable next time I travel.

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"I can not thank Vanessa enough for her service, she was a great communicator from the very start which set the whole family at ease immediately about making this very hard decision to leave our ageing Socs for the very first time with anyone except family. Vanessa is a lovely caring person, it is obvious she loves animals, she is reliable, trust worthy and respectful. Vanessa followed all instructions that were discussed and kept in regular contact updating us on Socs. We arrived home to a very well looked after relaxed cat. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa for any kind of pet minding services that may be required. If necessary I will certainly be using Vanessa to care for Socs in the future.
