"Laura was absolutely amazing looking after our Tibetan Mastiff while we were away for two weeks! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and genuinely kind, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands.
She handled our large dog with confidence and care, and we could tell the dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she left our home spotless, which we really appreciated!

"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.

"I had a fantastic experience with Rebecca! She took care of my fur baby Cali - as if she was her own. The communication was excellent, with regular updates and plenty of adorable photos. "Marsi did a fantastic job looking after my cats! She carefully listened to all the care instructions and made a real effort to keep their routine as close to normal as possible.
She gave my cats lots of attention and sent plenty of photos and updates, so I never had to worry about how they were doing. It was great to be able to fully enjoy my trip knowing that my cats were well taken care of and in such caring hands.

"My v timid cat Sid makes himself very sick with stress and anxiety if he is left at home with just pet feeder visits, so I now send him to my local vets to board when I am away.
I asked Nicholas to do one visit to the vet per day for a week just to give him some attention and get him out and walking around the surgery a bit to stretch his legs. The vet nurses take great care of him but they also have lot's of other things they need to do so I wanted Sid to have some extra visits.
Nic was great with him and understood that as a v shy cat it would take a little time for him to warm up to a new visitor.
He kept me updated after each visit as to how he was doing and was really good with him.
I would very much recommend getting Nic to mind your cat when you are away, he is conscientious and friendly and understands cats that may be, shall we say a bit 'eccentric' :)
I will certainly be asking Nic to visit or mind Sid again in the future."

"Laura took great care our 3 cats when we were away. She’s very experienced with cats (and dogs), spent time cuddling them and sent us photos. One of our cats is very shy with strangers and usually hides but Laura took a photo of her eating while she was there and I was amazed at the trust she showed her in such short period of time! #catwhisperer ☺️ I felt confident leaving our house and pets with Laura and wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone."

"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. "Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility.
