"We are so pleased to have found Barbara to care for our two dogs and cat over the Easter long weekend, we enjoyed our time away without any worries knowing she was taking wonderful care of them. "Ella took excellent care of our Snowball while we were away! He was super happy upon our return. Ella made sure to give him lots of cuddles, rubs and lots of interactive playtime (his favorite)! "This was our second time booking with Anna. Our dogs love her and so do we. She is very caring and dependable. She gave me detailed updates on how things were going and was happy to follow their usual routines, including giving my dog her regular medication. My pups were clearly having a great time and being doted on. Anna is an incredibly genuine person who you can just tell loves animals. "Jorge took care of my pets for an entire weekend. He stayed at our home and made sure that all of our 5 pets (cats and dogs) were fed and loved. Our dogs are very anxious and do not like meeting new people. Jorge was very patient with them. He sent us regular updates and left the house in a better state than it was in. I will definitely book him again. "

"Magda was amazing thank you so much for taking such great care of our animals. German Shepherd and Rag doll cat. This is our second booking with Magda and our first where she stayed. Couldn’t be happier. We booked Magda in a while ago and at each stage her communication was outstanding from meet and greet, a dog walk booking and then house sitting for our planned trip away. To have regular updates and know the animals and house was so well taken cared of was excellent. "Maria and Leon looked after our two dogs, Jack and Benji, over Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we were away with Lukas at Tropical Fruits in Lismore, and honestly, we could not have asked for better carers.
From the very beginning, they were warm, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Jack and Benji absolutely adored them, which says everything, because our boys don’t fall in love with just anyone. It was clear they weren’t just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for, loved, and understood.
We had complete peace of mind the entire time. Communication was excellent, updates were thoughtful, and every detail was handled with care. Coming home to two happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved dogs was the biggest reassurance possible.
Maria and Leon went above and beyond, especially over such a busy and special time of year. Their kindness, responsibility, and genuine affection for animals truly stand out.
We will always use them whenever we need dog care in the future no hesitation, no second thoughts. If you’re lucky enough to have Maria and Leon look after your pets, you can be absolutely confident they’ll be in the best hands imaginable.
