"Ben is an excellent pet sitter! He is very thoughtful and considerate in looking after animals. He looked after our two little cats very well and provided us with many updates and photos. He’s approach is very reassuring for pets who might be a little shy with new people. He builds trust quickly with animals but also gives them space when needed. "Jaya cared for our three pets and did two home visits per day.
I couldn't thank Jaya enough for the service she provided. Two of my pets are incredibly shy with new people and take a while to warm up. Jaya was paitient with them and respected their boundaries without compromising the level of care given.
Jaya followed through on all the feeding, toileting and behavioural instructions provided and sought clarification on anything we may have missed discussing during our meet and greet.
Jaya was responsive to messages and provided detailed and fun visit updates and photos.
I trust Jaya to take amazing care of my pets while I am away and feel safe they are with someone who cares about their safety and well-being. I highly recommend Jaya."

"Charlotte did a wonderful job of taking care of my very shy cat Jess while I was away for a few days recently. Jess normally hides under the bed when strangers are in the house, but Charlotte is a true cat whisperer - she sent me daily updates with photos of Jess having pats and purring. I also found Charlotte to be very reliable and conscientious, and super easy to communicate with. I'll definitely re-book next time we need a pet sitter. Thanks Charlotte!"

"Stuart looked after our cat Luna for us for several months this year. Stuart was the perfect pet sitter. He was very quick to reply and get in touch. He sent pictures and updates every day he visited Luna. Stuart had excellent communication and made us truly feel that our pet was in the best hands. Stuart was also very understanding when we had to extend our booking due to being stuck overseas because of covid. He was a kind, genuine, and all round excellent pet sitter. "Pratik and his daughter went above and beyond in their care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Not only did they come to feed them, but spent time to play with them and take them for walks. Pratik messaged and sent regular photo updates daily. One of our dogs is very old and required extra understanding. Pratik took extra time and care to make sure he was aware of all his needs before we left. Overall, Pratik and his young daughter provided the best care I could have hoped for in our absence."

"I'm so glad we trusted our pets with Dani! She was conscientious, communicative and helpful, took great care with our pets, and we received lovely pictures while we were away. The pet sitting was very smooth and handled professionally, and it seems like our dogs had a great time with lots of attention! Dani kept us in the loop with what was happening while we were away, and made sure our doggies and birds were well looked after.
