"So lucky to have found Isabelle just before our holiday. Lyra clearly warmed to Isabelle very quickly, despite it being her first time apart from us since we adopted her. And I think, from the daily messages and photographs (a regular morning highlight during our holiday), that the feeling was mutual. Thanks to Isabelle, we've come home to a super happy cat. So glad we chose a pet sitter, rather than put her into a cattery. We'll definitely seek out Isabelle again, next time we're away."

"We had the absolute pleasure of having Zoi take care of our cats, and we couldn’t be more impressed with her outstanding service. From the very beginning, it was clear that Zoi has a natural affinity with animals - our cats adored her!
Zoi went above and beyond, especially as one of our cats got ill just before we went away and required medication. She managed this added responsibility with such ease and professionalism, ensuring our cat was well cared for. Her communication was exceptional, keeping us updated with regular messages, photos, and detailed updates that put our minds at ease.
A particularly challenging moment arose when one of our cats experienced an emergency. Zoi handled the situation with remarkable care, compassion, and urgency, treating our beloved pet as if he were her own. Her dedication and love were evident in every interaction.
We cannot thank Zoi enough for her incredible service. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and exceptional pet sitter. Without a doubt, we would happily entrust our cats to her again in the future."

"Tommy has been absolutely amazing with my dog Newman! From the moment they met, it was clear how natural he is with animals — Newman warmed to him straight away.
Tommy was reliable, communicative, and genuinely caring. Knowing he was visiting and feeding Newman gave me complete peace of mind. He didn’t just do the basics either — he took the time to give Newman attention, affection, and make sure he was really settled and happy.

"Stuart looked after our cat Luna for us for several months this year. Stuart was the perfect pet sitter. He was very quick to reply and get in touch. He sent pictures and updates every day he visited Luna. Stuart had excellent communication and made us truly feel that our pet was in the best hands. Stuart was also very understanding when we had to extend our booking due to being stuck overseas because of covid. He was a kind, genuine, and all round excellent pet sitter. "Diane's profile might be all about her love of dogs but I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter while I was away for Christmas and New Years. She took great care of my cat Tim Tam and sent through daily pics and updates which made for a carefree holiday. I returned home to a happy cat, a tidy house, watered plants and empty bins. I couldn't have asked for more :)

"Rainny is a responsible and caring cat sitter. My cat needed to take medicine every other day due to a food allergy, and I was a bit worried while I was overseas. Rainny sent me daily updates and photos of my cat, and always let me know if she noticed any scratching on my cat’s neck. Her thoughtful reports really eased my mind.
She also helped change the filter and refill the water in my cat’s fountain, and carefully followed all the instructions I provided. I have a security camera at home, and I could see that my cat was happy and comfortable — even lifting her tail in excitement when Rainny arrived, once she had become familiar with her after a few days.
I’m very grateful for her attentive care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy cat sitter.

"Absolutely recommended.
Mayu recently looked after two of my wife and I's cats whilst we were overseas for over a week. This was made more complicated due to the fact that the cats were not yet friendly with each other (so they need to be kept separate), whilst still having their own time to roam around the house. More-so, one cat is on medication, whilst the other is very shy and sensitive.
Mayu was proactive from the beginning about learning about the cats, their routines, their needs, and our needs as owners. She stopped in for a visit prior to the booking in order to meet the cats, review all of the details, and clarify any remaining questions.
Whilst we were away, she provided daily updates on the health and mood of the cats, as well as fantastic photos of them (one of which is now my lock screen photo). She kept the litter boxes clean, fed the cats on a consistent schedule, refilled the water, provided medication, played with the cats, groomed them when possible, and made sure to tidy up after herself. Basically everything you'd want and expect in a cat sitter.
Incredibly, the shy cat came out of her shell, and Mayu was able to give her chin scratches for the final few days. This was a brilliant update to see, as this cat usually takes much longer to feel comfortable with new people, and proves the ability for Mayu to earn trust from cats.
We came back to both of our cats being in good health and happy to see us.
We'll definitely be booking Mayu in the future."
