Zoi went above and beyond, especially as one of our cats got ill just before we went away and required medication. A particularly challenging moment arose when one of our cats experienced an emergency. Zoi handled the situation with remarkable care, compassion, and urgency, treating our beloved pet as if he were her own. Her dedication and love were evident in every interaction.

"So lucky to have found Isabelle just before our holiday. Lyra clearly warmed to Isabelle very quickly, despite it being her first time apart from us since we adopted her. And I think, from the daily messages and photographs (a regular morning highlight during our holiday), that the feeling was mutual. Thanks to Isabelle, we've come home to a super happy cat. So glad we chose a pet sitter, rather than put her into a cattery. We'll definitely seek out Isabelle again, next time we're away."

"I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat Momo received. From the very beginning, communication was clear which made the whole experience stress free. Abbey was incredibly reliable and always showed up as agreed, which gave me a peace of mind while I was away.
What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and attentive they were. It was obvious they took the time to not only meet my cat’s basic needs but also give her attention, playtime, and affection. I received regular updates and photos, which made me feel connected and confident that she was happy and comfortable.
Momo can be a little shy, but she warmed up so well, which says a lot. I truly felt like she was in safe and loving hands the entire time.

"Stuart looked after our cat Luna for us for several months this year. Stuart was the perfect pet sitter. He was very quick to reply and get in touch. He sent pictures and updates every day he visited Luna. Stuart had excellent communication and made us truly feel that our pet was in the best hands. Stuart was also very understanding when we had to extend our booking due to being stuck overseas because of covid. He was a kind, genuine, and all round excellent pet sitter. "Trinh took amazing care of our two cats for us over Christmas. One of our cats needed to go to the vet just before we left, and Trinh really put our minds at ease while we were away, giving our cat her medication and sending daily photo and video updates so we knew our pets were being well cared for. "Rainny is a responsible and caring cat sitter. My cat needed to take medicine every other day due to a food allergy, and I was a bit worried while I was overseas. Rainny sent me daily updates and photos of my cat, and always let me know if she noticed any scratching on my cat’s neck. Her thoughtful reports really eased my mind.
She also helped change the filter and refill the water in my cat’s fountain, and carefully followed all the instructions I provided. I have a security camera at home, and I could see that my cat was happy and comfortable — even lifting her tail in excitement when Rainny arrived, once she had become familiar with her after a few days.
I’m very grateful for her attentive care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy cat sitter.

"Absolutely recommended.
Mayu recently looked after two of my wife and I's cats whilst we were overseas for over a week. This was made more complicated due to the fact that the cats were not yet friendly with each other (so they need to be kept separate), whilst still having their own time to roam around the house. More-so, one cat is on medication, whilst the other is very shy and sensitive.
Mayu was proactive from the beginning about learning about the cats, their routines, their needs, and our needs as owners. She stopped in for a visit prior to the booking in order to meet the cats, review all of the details, and clarify any remaining questions.
Whilst we were away, she provided daily updates on the health and mood of the cats, as well as fantastic photos of them (one of which is now my lock screen photo). She kept the litter boxes clean, fed the cats on a consistent schedule, refilled the water, provided medication, played with the cats, groomed them when possible, and made sure to tidy up after herself. Basically everything you'd want and expect in a cat sitter.
Incredibly, the shy cat came out of her shell, and Mayu was able to give her chin scratches for the final few days. This was a brilliant update to see, as this cat usually takes much longer to feel comfortable with new people, and proves the ability for Mayu to earn trust from cats.
We came back to both of our cats being in good health and happy to see us.
We'll definitely be booking Mayu in the future."
