"Belle looked after our kitten for two weeks while we were away, and we honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely calm and reassured that our baby was safe, loved, and well cared for.
We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving we’ve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.
Our home was also left in perfect condition, and throughout the trip we felt very comfortable knowing everything was under control. Belle is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and clearly loves animals very much.
We are beyond happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend Belle to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of our girl 🤍"

"I had a fantastic experience with Rebecca! She took care of my fur baby Cali - as if she was her own. The communication was excellent, with regular updates and plenty of adorable photos. "I was really happy with the care Jess gave my cats. Before I went away, Jess was very happy to come round for a meet and greet and took the time to answer all my questions. This really helped me get to know her and feel comfortable trusting her with my fur kids and my home.
While I was away, Jess was great at keeping in touch and sent me lots of photos and updates, which was lovely and reassuring. She followed my instructions, made sure the cats were fed and watered, and cleaned up after them.
It was also clear that Jess really enjoyed spending time with the cats and genuinely cared about how they were doing. I came home to happy, well-looked-after cats, which is exactly what you hope for when you leave them in someone else’s care.
I’d definitely ask Jess to look after them again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable cat sitter. Thanks so much, Jess, for taking such good care of my fur kids!"

"Helen is wonderful! She took care of our cats while we were away and made sure their litter box was cleaned, they were fed, and their water was topped up. She also took some fabulous pictures of the cats and left extra water when she noticed it was running low quite quickly between her visits. I highly recommend Helen and will definitely be a repeat customer."

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

"I cannot recommend Jess highly enough. 🤍
Before finding Jess, I had never used a pet sitter. I had only ever had my mum or sister care for my two senior cats, so leaving my littles with someone I didn’t know was honestly quite daunting.
From the moment I met Jess, it was clear how deeply she loves animals and how genuinely passionate she is about helping others and her community. She has such a beautiful heart, and it was obvious that caring for animals comes from a place of genuine love, not simply a job.
I was away for roughly two months, and right before I left, my oldest boy, Leon, was diagnosed with early heart disease and needed medication three times a day. Leaving him in someone else’s care at such a vulnerable time was incredibly difficult, but Jess made everything feel seamless. She kept me constantly updated with photos and videos, took such amazing care of them, and gave me complete peace of mind.
I had given her an embarrassingly extensive list of their little quirks and routines (including their very particular preferences for where their little water cups needed to be 😂), and she took the time to make sure every detail was taken care of. She didn’t simply feed them and check in; she spent time with them, gave them so much affection, and genuinely loved them as though they were her own.
Watching how wonderful Jess was with my littles genuinely made me want to be a better companion to them myself. To anyone who feels nervous about leaving their little ones with someone they don’t know, I completely understand because I was that person. I can say with complete sincerity that Jess is someone you can trust wholeheartedly.
There are very few people who genuinely want to help others and their community, and Jess is absolutely one of them. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her.
Jess will always be “Aunty Jess” to both of my littles, and I’ll forever be grateful they had her while I was away. 🐈🐈⬛🤍"

"Cassandra was wonderful with our cat while we were away. She was very caring, friendly, positive, and reliable, and kept us updated during her visit. Our cat, Picco, is usually quite shy and doesn’t easily warm up to new people, but she seemed to have a really good feeling about Cassandra and actually came out to see her during the visit. That really meant a lot to us and made us feel that Picco was comfortable and happy in her care.
