"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"My two cats loved having Yasmin look after them over 4 days (combination of 1 and 2 visits a day) while I went interstate.
Yasmin shared daily photos, where it was clear they felt really comfortable in her company - even my anxious cat! She was reliable and consistent with her visit times, and had great communication.
Yasmin also made sure the cats had consistency of care, following the list of left care needs and sharing updates of tasks done each visit.

"Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "Evelyn has been the perfect pet sitter. I can not thank her enough for her help while we were away for a few days. "Rivka was great to work with. From pre-visit run through to daily photos. She took great care of our 4 animals in her visits and communicated early. Our older doggo needed daily medication which Rivka assisted, plus some calming (natural) medication for NYE.

"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. "Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats.
