"Yuki is an exceptional pet carer. She was reliable, professional and went out of her way to vacuum my floors when the animal fur started building up. "Tracey is such an amazing cat sitter. She gave me regular photo and video updates and I knew he was in such great care. She is great with animals and is very trusting in your home. My cat is normally a cat who runs from strangers but he absolutely loved Tracey and was waiting at the window for her everytime she was to visit. "We needed to go interstate for a week, and we’re recommended to use Pawshake by a tradie - we usually have family who can take care of our cats, but now live away so we were hesitant of course to have a stranger take care for us.
Megg’s profile was fantastic. Her experience noted really resonated with me, as she came across as having a kind heart, both for animals and people.
On reaching out to her, Megg suggested a meet and greet to see how our three cats would take to her- and while cats can be cats, they really seemed to like Megg- even our sensitive boy.
So after that we agreed and I felt really at ease. From day one we had astounding service and care. With 2 almost senior kitties and one 12 month old, my list of requirements was fairly basic. We opted for 2x a day visit and I was notified for one night she couldn’t visit. I was given regular updates and photos, and as I’d informed Megg of our interactive camera, I saw stills of Megg taking great care and spending time with our cats, especially after the storm we’d had- she gave them extra love and checked if treats were allowed.
She even brought our delivery package in!
We needed to extend our trip and Megg was only too happy to be available which we so appreciated.
Once we got home, the cats weren’t too phased we were back, so I just knew that they were anxious free and happy while we had Megg to take care of them. Everything was clean and tidy too.
Megg even checked to make sure we got home safely from our trip.
Would absolutely recommend Megg, or have her sit for our cats in future "

"I highly recommend Talisha - her communications with me while I was away included photos of my cat and messages to let me know how he was everyday. My cat does not like strangers at all but after a few days Talisha was able to pat him. Talisha is kind and friendly and genuinely loves looking after our cats or dogs. Five stars from me !!"

"We’ve had Gabby look after our two dogs twice now. The requirement was feed both dogs twice per day and walk the younger dog once each day as the other dog is too old to walk far. Gabby took the younger dog for a half hour walk and still made sure our older dog had fun and spent the time throwing a ball around for her. Gabby was great at communicating and sent lots of photos. I would highly recommend Gabby as a pet sitter and will definitely hope to use her services again. "

"Katy has cared for our 2 cats twice now at home. She has been reliable, sent us photos and updates regularly, and been open to discussing how often & length of visits depending on length of time we were away. She has won over our anxious cat who generally doesn't like new people, and has entertained and stimulated the alpha male who gets bored easily when home alone. She was also helpful when we had an urgent situation overseas, stepping in at very short notice and making the care for our beloved cats one less thing we had to worry about at a stressful time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Katy for your cat sitting needs."
