"Ingrid is very pleasant and communicative. She looked after our pets while we were away for several days and when we came back from our holiday and were in covid isolation she took our sick cat to the vet for us with no hesitation. We have a hard time asking for help, but Ingrid has been so accommodating and caring. We are very grateful to have met her!"

"Sandy & Balint were absolutely wonderful, and we were extremely happy with their service. From the very beginning, their communication was clear and consistent. They took the time to carefully understand all of our instructions, and even sent them back to us to confirm everything was correct, which gave us a lot of confidence before we left. During the booking, they showed up reliably every day and kept us updated with photos of our pets, which we really appreciated. It made it so much easier to relax knowing everything was being taken care of so well. They were thoughtful, organised, and clearly genuinely care about the animals they look after. Our pets were happy and well looked after when we returned, and our home was just as we left it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Sandy & Balint again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive pet sitters."

"Paige responded at short notice with excellent communication and then followed our care instructions to a 'T'. Paige is obviously experienced with animals as she was able to coax my cat out of hiding after a few visits, and she is scared of everyone! We were away for over a week so really appreciated the photo and video updates. And she watered the plants! Would definitely book Paige again."
