She visited twice a day, ensuring our cat's needs were met, and also kept us informed of any issues that required our attention, whether at home or outside. "Sharon was amazing with our two free roam bunnies and two elderly cats with medication needs! Leaving my pets gives me a touch of anxiety, but Sharon put my mind at ease and sent wonderful updates! Came home to four very happy animals with clean spaces, who weren’t as salty with me as they usually are when I return from away!
Sharon also went and above and beyond with an unfortunate issue with our keyless pincode door lock which malfunctioned for the first time in eight years. She persisted and took the time to try and figure out solutions for me without any annoyance, despite the obvious inconvenience! Would be a pleasure to have Sharon mind our pets again, and they would be most pleased too!
