"Kate's a superstar - she took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away. Our cat bonded with Kate almost straight-away and it was a delight to see daily photos and videos of playtime, cuddles and treats. Our cat was safe and stress-free under her care. Kate is kind and very thorough; she also took care of non-cat tasks like collecting mail and watering plants which was a huge help. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Dee was such a wonderful pet sitter and she had her hands full with my lot...of which didnt bother her one bit. She managed quickly to gain the trust of our cats which are very shy which is a testament to how wonderful she is. Dee kept me informed all the time and was such a pleasure. I went away knowing my pets where 100% safe and well looked after. Highly recommend. What a great lady and pet sitter!"

"I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! Now I've found a gem - Claire :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's trustworthy, genuine, and clearly cares about doing the right thing for the pets in her care. "Megan house sat for me and Saffy for over a week. She was beyond wonderful. I got photos every day. it was so comforting knowing that Saffy was safe, happy and very well cared for while I was gone. Megan is such an amazing, conscientious and caring dog sitter. I would recommend her for any size or aged dog. I have now used her for dog sitting, dog walking and extended stays, her balance of professionalism and love for Saffy has impressed me so much."

"How lucky was I to have secured a 5 day booking with Marta only a week BEFORE I flew interstate!
Marta communicated consistently prior to our Meet & Greet, which eased my anxiety for having left it to last minute. I had warned Marta that Charli can bite before they met & of course - the second they were introduced Charli made me to be a liar! 😂 My chunky ball of fluff fell for Marta immediately 🥰 She couldn't get enough pats & I knew immediately that it was a great match.
During our booking, Marta kept me updated with many cute photos, took care of Charli's basic needs & even spent quality time with her, allowing her to get some supervised outside time in my small backyard which Charli absolutely loves!
This was my first time using a Pet Sitter because my girl doesn't cope well in a cattery (I learned the hard way!). I've relied on family to care for her before but with welcoming two newborns in 3 weeks - neither of my cousins were available. I had peace of mind knowing Charli was in her own home, getting some companionship each day & most importantly, her wet food for dinner 😂
This review is massive, but it's genuine & I'm grateful we had a great experience. I hope we will have you again Marta, I will be a returning client 💯

"Tayla was absolutely fantastic! From the initial quick response message on Pawshake through to meeting her and having her look after our two boys (our male cat and dog) while we were away for three weeks, Tayla was exactly who we were looking for! Tayla was very friendly and easy to deal with. She visited our pets daily for just over 3 weeks and gave us updates along the way. She also brought in our mail and kept an eye on our place while we went there. Highly recommended! "
