"Xiao was an excellent cat sitter & would book her again in a heartbeat! This was our first time leaving our 2 kittens and we were nervous but were shortly reassured that there was no need for nerves! Xiao came for a pre-meet to get to know the cats and their routines. She sent so many photos and videos from each visit and the cats really enjoyed her company. She went above and beyond to find out their favourite toys and played with them. We came home to 2 well cared for kitties :) "

"Samira is the best cat caregiver! She went above and beyond to provide excellent care for our cat while we were away. She visited twice a day, ensuring our cat's needs were met, and also kept us informed of any issues that required our attention, whether at home or outside. Additionally, she shared videos with us, so we could be sure our cat was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her and will be contacting her for any future needs."

"Zuvanna has been incredible with my dogs. She has given me constant updates and photos which has been hugely appreciated! She has been so gentle with my dogs and walked them for awhile. One of my dogs has bad anxiety when first meeting people and she was extremely patient and gentle and waited for my dog to warm up to her (which she did and now she loves her!). Would highly recommend Zuvanna! "

"Ingrid is fantastic! She took wonderful care of my two cats, including my senior cat who can be quite picky with food, and my 5-year-old who can be scared of people. "Stacy has been amazing and i can see my cats have been very comfortable with her. I have had nothing to worry about, my furbabies have been fed, their litter changed and i have recieved lots of photos which has made it a bit easier being away from them. Stacy has communicated with me daily and has thoughtfully shared what my cats have been up to. I highly recommend Stacy. 😊"

"Clare looked after our 13‑year‑old Weimaraner, Henry, for two weeks while we were overseas and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better care.
She was professional, reliable, and kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Clare not only fed and walked Henry, but also administered his medication and took wonderful care of him as a senior dog.
She was always very responsive to messages (even when I forgot about the time difference, whoops!), and her vet nurse background was incredibly reassuring.
We came home to a very happy and well‑looked‑after dog. I cannot recommend Clare highly enough, especially for anyone with an older dog or one who needs a bit of extra care.

"We were very pleased with Ashleigh's care for our pet chickens. We had regular updates on their care while we were away which was pleasing to here. It was good to hear they were in good hands and that someone was looking after out home

"I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! Now I've found a gem - Claire :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's trustworthy, genuine, and clearly cares about doing the right thing for the pets in her care. "Amelia was an amazing cat sitter, taking care of our two cats who don’t get along with one another. She had to navigate a house split in half, entering from two different entrances so we could keep the cats separate, and she did a fantastic job!
During the meet and greet Amelia was very calm and even asked what vets the cats went to so that she would know what to do if there were ever an emergency. We really appreciated this forethought and consideration from Amelia since one of our cats is senior and on palliative care.
She was able to work the automatic wet food feeder and ensure our senior cat received the right dose of medication twice a day.
We received daily updates which we really appreciated while being away, and she spent a lot of quality time with the cats which we know they loved and needed!
We would 100% book Amelia again to watch our cats, we couldn’t be happier with her!!"

"Cassandra took care of our 2 family pets during a vacation, and provided the best of care.
