"Jaya cared for our three pets and did two home visits per day.
I couldn't thank Jaya enough for the service she provided. Two of my pets are incredibly shy with new people and take a while to warm up. Jaya was paitient with them and respected their boundaries without compromising the level of care given.
Jaya followed through on all the feeding, toileting and behavioural instructions provided and sought clarification on anything we may have missed discussing during our meet and greet.
Jaya was responsive to messages and provided detailed and fun visit updates and photos.
I trust Jaya to take amazing care of my pets while I am away and feel safe they are with someone who cares about their safety and well-being. I highly recommend Jaya."

"Fer and Johanna were fantastic! We were initially very anxious about having looking someone after our cat for 5 days but we would happily book Fer and Johanna to look after him again. Everything was professional from the very start. They sent messages, photos and videos everyday to update us, which put us at ease. Our cat seemed very happy and well cared for when we came home.

"Stuart looked after our cat Luna for us for several months this year. Stuart was the perfect pet sitter. He was very quick to reply and get in touch. He sent pictures and updates every day he visited Luna. Stuart had excellent communication and made us truly feel that our pet was in the best hands. Stuart was also very understanding when we had to extend our booking due to being stuck overseas because of covid. He was a kind, genuine, and all round excellent pet sitter. "Pratik and his daughter went above and beyond in their care of our 2 dogs while we were away. Not only did they come to feed them, but spent time to play with them and take them for walks. Pratik messaged and sent regular photo updates daily. One of our dogs is very old and required extra understanding. Pratik took extra time and care to make sure he was aware of all his needs before we left. Overall, Pratik and his young daughter provided the best care I could have hoped for in our absence."

"Charlotte was an excellent pet-sitter for us. She visited our cat once a day, and our cat adored her from their very first meeting. She was friendly and professional with us and communicated with us promptly and clearly about issues that arose (one at our end re: possibility of extending dates, and one at her end re: access to the house). We also really appreciated that she was willing to be flexible when we were not certain of our exact dates, and that she offered to help with collecting mail, putting out bins, and watering plants.
