"Holly was an absolute gem of a catsitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our beloved furbabies for over a week. From the first meeting, she put us completely at ease, making the transition of leaving them in her care much smoother. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were evident from the start.
One of the things we appreciated most was her thoughtful daily updates, complete with adorable photos. Knowing how our cats were doing each day brought so much comfort and made the separation much easier. She went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved, cared for, and completely at home in her presence.
Holly was not only incredibly organised and reliable, but she was also a delight to communicate with throughout. Our cats adored her, and it was clear they had formed a special bond. "Cat was the ideal pet sitter for our beloved family cat, Scooter. Cat immediately understood our pet's shy/wary temperament, and patiently built her trust. She helped Scooter cope with the stress of us being away for two weeks, and gave us daily photo and text message updates showing how Scooter was coming out of her shell and communicating her needs for food and affection.
