"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.

"Laura was absolutely amazing looking after our Tibetan Mastiff while we were away for two weeks! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and genuinely kind, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands.
She handled our large dog with confidence and care, and we could tell the dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she left our home spotless, which we really appreciated!

"Marsi did a fantastic job looking after my cats! She carefully listened to all the care instructions and made a real effort to keep their routine as close to normal as possible.

"Belle looked after our kitten for two weeks while we were away, and we honestly could not have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, she made us feel completely calm and reassured that our baby was safe, loved, and well cared for.
We came home to a happy, relaxed, and incredibly affectionate kitten - honestly the most cuddly and loving weâve ever seen her. It was so clear that Belle spent genuine time with her and took amazing care of her emotional wellbeing, not just the basics.
Our home was also left in perfect condition, and throughout the trip we felt very comfortable knowing everything was under control. Belle is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and clearly loves animals very much.

"Flora did an amazing job looking after Zephyr, my 8-year-old tabby cat. She provided daily updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Flora formed a genuine connection with Zephyr, and he seemed to really look forward to her visits.
Flora was also incredibly helpful and flexible, assisting with bin collection, watering plants, and even some sweeping around the house. She is trustworthy, kind, reliable, and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after.

"Liv & Seb took good care of our two cats while we were away for the week, including giving medication. They sent photos and updates, which were much appreciated. Our cats get a bit stressed when we're away, so having people to give them pats and help keep them calm is really important to us. "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Angie looked after our cat and fish while we were away for 2 weeks. We were very happy with the experience, and Angie even went out of her way to come back after one of her daily visits to collect a package for us! Our cat got a lot of attention during the visits and was not as needy as usual when we returned. We also got great photos sent to us each day, which gave us peace of mind. We have booked Angie again for our next trip and have no doubt that our cat will be happy to see a familiar face while we are away."
