"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.

"Laura was absolutely amazing looking after our Tibetan Mastiff while we were away for two weeks! From the start, she was professional, reliable, and genuinely kind, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dog was in such great hands.
She handled our large dog with confidence and care, and we could tell the dog was happy and comfortable the whole time. On top of that, she left our home spotless, which we really appreciated!
While we were away, Laura kept everything running smoothly and made sure we didnât have to worry about a thing. That level of trust and reassurance is priceless.

"Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldnât be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Elias took great care of our cats over the long weekend, and weâre really happy with the experience. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and clearly attentive to their needs.

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - itâs obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats.
