"Thank you Nadine for giving so much love for Piper during her stay! Nadine is a wonderful pet sitter and glad we found her! She gave regular updates (picts) on how Piper was going and having Sparta to play with is a plus. Communication was easy as Nadine's very responsive to messages. Piper looks really happy upon pick up and she's been sighing a lot since we got home (especially she's the only dog here. Haha). She sure miss having a dog friend to play with.. "Riza first looked after our Koko when she was about 6mths old. Koko being young with no formal training, we were worried that we wouldn’t find a sitter who would take her as she may be too much for them, however after explaining all this to Riza she assured us she would be able to handle her. She did! And koko loved her stay. Koko ate Rizas cushions and Riza took it in her stride and I thought she wouldn’t take Koko again. When I needed a sitter at short notice to go interstate for a funeral, I reached out to Riza and she happily agreed to take Koko again. Koko arrived at Rizas excited and knew which house was hers from the street and when Riza opened her door Koko bounded in there like she owned the place and didn’t say goodbye to us. Riza is now our go to sitter. Riza makes you feel comfortable especially if you feel like an inadequate/new dog parent who is also learning how to raise their fur baby. To anyone looking for a sitter I highly recommend Riza, she’s flexible, understanding and handled our pup with ease. Koko is now a year old still no formal training and Riza loves her as she is. Use Riza she will put you at ease, communicate as much or as little as you like and never makes you feel worried and constantly reassures you, your pup is in good hands. Thank you Riza ♥️"

"Merryn was amazing from the first contact and several phone conversations we had.
Unfortunately one of my dogs 🐕 was diagnosed with being totally blind which happened within a few weeks and after I had booked my dogs in with her
I phoned her to ask how she felt about minding a blind dog and her response was amazing
Immediately she replied that she didn’t mind and said she had looked after blind dogs,sick dogs giving them medication etc. in the past.
Merryn did an amazing job looking after them and gave me lots of reports how they were doing
She said she would be happy to mind them anytime
I would recommend Merryn full heartitly.
This is the first time I have ever left my dogs with a total stranger
I will be asking Merryn to look after them in the future.

"Alessandro was so wonderful boarding my rescue greyhound. He clearly loves animals and was comfortable and confident with her, which was a great relief as she can be nervous when encountering other dogs on walks. "Stu looked after Acha, my 11 year old Pomeranian girl for just under 4 weeks while I was away overseas. I had never been apart from my dog for this length of time ever so it was with a bit of trepidation that I sought his services. I need not have worried at all. From our first meeting, Stu was a pleasure to deal with and quickly put me and Acha at ease. When he suggested that we do a trial one night stay over for Acha, I knew that she would be in good hands. He sent me photos of Acha while I was away and I could tell that she was very happy. I travel frequently and would readily engage Stu again and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a very friendly and supportive dog sitter and carer. "

"Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
