"Robyn is absolutely amazing! Im so glad we found her! I’m like a neurotic parent when it comes to my two old fur baby pets (cat Chloe and dog Zac). I’ve always been extremely picky about who I will leave them with, and only trust the best of the best to take care of them. Robyn exceeded my expectations! Truly the best!
Robyn recently took care of Zac and Chloe for 10 days and went above and beyond. She not only loved our pets like her own (Zac and Chloe were very happy with all the pats, brushing, treats, walks and love they received), she was absolutely reliable and trustworthy (giving Zac his meds like clockwork every day, constantly keeping us updated on how the pets were doing) and has a great sense of humour (which is definitely needed when dealing with two very needy geriatric pets).
Robyn also went above anything we expected in so many ways, including daily photo updates of our babies - which made us feel so at ease and allowed us to enjoy our holiday, knowing they were in great hands. We came home to two very happy and healthy pets and could not be happier.
I cannot sing Robyn’s praises enough. She truly is wonderful and I have no hesitation highly recommending her.

"This was my first time having someone other than family care for my cats whilst away so I was a little apprehensive about trying a service such as Pawshake. From the first correspondence with Jenny I was made to feel at ease. She met with me at my house before I booked to meet my babies and to get acquainted with their feeding requirements and to help me feel at ease. One of my cats is very skittish around strangers but instead of running away and hiding she walked up to Jenny, smelled her, then settled on her cat tree where she stayed the whole time.
Jenny is a beautiful, gentle person and is absolutely magical with animals. She kept me updated daily on how both cats were doing along with photos and it was plain to see that my cats loved being around her. When we got home both cats were relaxed and content showing no anxiety that we’d been away for three days.
I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough and will definitely be using her whenever we go away if she is available. "

"Lauren was wonderful! She made sure my elderly cat had lots of attention and food, was very patient with her and spent time chatting with and petting Bella. She sent me a photo of Bella each morning and left a summary note for me the day I arrived back. "Thank you so much Shannyn for looking after my darling bear so well! I came back to a very relaxed and happy cat 😁 Shannyn was wonderful!! She sent me daily updates and report cards with heaps of photos, and was always super communicative and reliable, my mind was truly at ease! She even assisted by adding an extra visit at last minute when i messed up the booking.
