"Jackeline is awesome. She is super patient with our shy cat. She reassured me that she always tries her best especially with Floof. Miumiu also loves all the attention that she gave her. "Charlotte did a wonderful job of taking care of my very shy cat Jess while I was away for a few days recently. Jess normally hides under the bed when strangers are in the house, but Charlotte is a true cat whisperer - she sent me daily updates with photos of Jess having pats and purring. I also found Charlotte to be very reliable and conscientious, and super easy to communicate with. I'll definitely re-book next time we need a pet sitter. Thanks Charlotte!"
