"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"Zara has been an amazing sitter for our cat Tofu!!! She came to visit before we made the booking, dropping down all the details and habit of Tofu. "Alex looked after our three cats and our fish over Christmas and she was very professional, easy to communicate with, and super affectionate to all our pets.
Our pets were in very good spirits when we got home and our place was left immaculate which is a testament to Alex's high standard of conduct.

"This is the second time we’ve used Jeff to take care of our 4 pets and he took great care whilst we were away…even brought in our mail/parcels.
During the storm he had to rescue our elderly dog who somehow escaped, and made sure they were safe in NYE. Daily photos and updates gave us relief. Thanks Jeff."

"Pat was great! I was really happy with the service she provided because she made it so easy with her professional approach. After meeting her, I felt that I could rely on her and trust her to look after my two very timid cats. Pat sent me messages everyday I was away, usually with photos, which I really appreciated because then I knew my cats were fine.
