"Jack is a wonderful pet sitter. He was in consistent contact with us before our trip to get acquainted with our home and the routines of our two cats. We also received consistent updates and pictures whilst we were away, which was lovely. We returned home to a clean house and two happy, healthy cats. "Ylenia was an absolute godsend when it came to caring for my two fur babies while I was in the hospital for seven days. My cats are normally quite shy and skittish around strangers, preferring to hide rather than engage, but Ylenia's warmth and patience won them over almost instantly. Her ability to create a safe and loving environment meant that my cats not only felt comfortable but also thrived under her care. She maintained their routines, ensured they were well-fed, and most importantly, showered them with the affection they needed in my absence.
What amazed me most was the transformation in my cats' behavior around her. I've never seen them take to someone so quickly—within days, they were literally eating treats out of Ylenia's hands. Her calming presence and nurturing energy were exactly what they needed to feel secure. She didn't just provide basic care; she truly understood their personalities and needs, making sure each of them felt valued and loved. "Sienna was a wonderful pet sitter for our fur family in our home. Her meet and greet was professional and put us at ease. She took fantastic care of our 2 dogs, 2 cats and lorikeet. She was exceptionally patient with our nervous dog, particularly on our first night away. Her communication was fantastic before and during our trip. The house was well-looked after, and she had thoughtfully popped the linen she had used through the washing machine before we returned home. Our return flight was delayed and she kindly called in and fed everyone in the evening. We were so happy and would definitely have Sienna in our home again. Thank you so much!!"

"Alyssia was a delight to deal with when meeting and preparing her for our first dog sit.
After an initial introduction meeting, she met with my wife to dog walk and go over instructions which gave us great peace of mind.
While we were away she kept in touch and sent dog photos. We were very pleased with this whole experience.
We have had Alyssia undertake random dog sitting evenings and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. "

"Ariel looked after my rescue staffy, Winter, for an entire month! I'd never been away from her for more than 10 days so was a super nervous mum, especially given she's a rescue and has separation anxiety.
Because of this, I hired Ariel for many walks, house visits and an overnight trial in the lead-up to my holiday so they could get well-acquainted and build trust. Ariel was so patient, understanding and caring throughout the entire process.
Even though Winter would refuse to walk with her, Ariel persevered with positive reinforcement and really showed how much she cared for Winter's well-being. This was also evident throughout the month she housesat and looked after Winter. She managed Winter's medication and allergies with the utmost care and knowing my baby was in good hands, really allowed me to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I got constant updates throughout and the house was so well kept.
I'd highly recommend Ariel to any pet parent who wants someone to truly care about their pet and do whatever it takes to show them the love and patience they need. She's truly a gem and I'm so glad I found a sitter I can trust and rely on! "

"Laura was fantastic from start to finish! She had great communication, was very accomodating and most of all, gave us peace of mind while we were away that our pups were in great hands! Laura took on housesitting for just under 2 weeks. On our return, the place was clean and tidy, the pups were happy and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks Laura! "This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, so I was initially a bit hesitant. However, any concerns I had quickly disappeared thanks to Bianca. From the start, she was very communicative and clearly great with my dogs. She sent regular updates and photos, which really put me at ease while I was away.

"Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend Michael and Melanie as fantastic pet and house sitters.
Michael recently cared for our 3 large dogs and 7 fish, and Melanie joined him for a couple of days as well. From our initial FaceTime call up through our follow up messages once the sit was finished, they were lovely and kind and very professional.
Traveling during COVID is not easy or predictable, and Michael was willing to be flexible with our arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If not for his generosity in this regard, we’d have likely canceled our trip. Instead, we were able to have a wonderful holiday with complete trust leaving our animals in their capable hands. Three large dogs are never an easy job, and on top of that, our youngest dog was acclimating to a new anxiety medication, the timing of which meant Michael had to help her through the worst adjustment period, and he did so with patience and understanding.
Michael and Melanie sent pictures and updates regularly, and we came home to a pristine house and happy dogs and fish.
I can honestly say that our experience was as close to a perfect sit as is possible, and I only hope that they would be willing to stay with our animals again in the future. "
