"Charlotte did a wonderful job of taking care of my very shy cat Jess while I was away for a few days recently. Jess normally hides under the bed when strangers are in the house, but Charlotte is a true cat whisperer - she sent me daily updates with photos of Jess having pats and purring. "Fer and Johanna were fantastic! We were initially very anxious about having looking someone after our cat for 5 days but we would happily book Fer and Johanna to look after him again. Everything was professional from the very start. They sent messages, photos and videos everyday to update us, which put us at ease. Our cat seemed very happy and well cared for when we came home.
