"Richard and Teniele have become my “ go to” pet sitters. They have been fantastic taking care of my dog, and sending pics so I know he is Ok. Which is so important when your away.
They are also understanding and respectful of our not so friendly cat.
Wonderful pet sitters! Will be booking again soon. "

"Emma was absolutely amazing while I was in hospital and looking after my gorgeous French Bulldog. I was able to see how comfortable, happy and excited my girl was every time she saw Emma when she would take her for walks. Emma went above and beyond and sent me frequent pictures of when she was with my girl. I 100% would recommend Emma to anybody and everybody that I know if they ever needed a sitter or dog walker or any assistance with their Pets. Again thank you Emma you eased my mind and made sure my girl was looked after happy and well fed. 💖 I know in the future but if I need to use Emma again, I will more than do so!"

"In the past we’ve had all sorts of potentially disastrous issues/dramas with friends/family looking after our two beloved indoor cats while we were away. We then tried boarding catteries, with some disappointing results. We finally found a cattery we liked, although expensive, but we noticed our oldest elderly cat very stressed when we picked them up and taking days to recover. So for our most recent holiday I was very worried about the right solution that would keep the cats (aged 19 and 12) stress free in their own home. My husband did not want a house sitter, so I found Pawshake. We interviewed a few potentials in the local Mornington area and easily settled on Micheala, she was very relaxed around our cats and they responded well to her. She had no problem with our “keyless entry” door, a bit of technology that seems to daunt some more mature people.
During our 5 weeks away, she sent us photos (enjoying cuddles) and updates via WhatsApp so we knew we had made the right decision choosing Michaela. The worrying I felt about our fur babies melted away and we could enjoy our holiday fully. She was the perfect cat sitter, caring and communicative and she gave us “peace of mind”, and we would highly recommend her. "

"Amy & Leigh were fabulous pet sitters. Our doggy Noah thoroughly enjoyed their company and all the fun walks. We felt comfortable and relaxed knowing that Amy and Leigh were taking care of Noah. We also loved that they kept in regular contact and sent us heaps of pictures of Noah. They were also sooo flexible with our changing of plans because of the border closures etc over Christmas. Amy was also extremely organised and thorough in finding out how we care for Noah so that nothing was missed while we were away. We won't hesitate in booking Amy's services again and in recommending her (and Leigh). Thanks so much guys (and sorry for the delay in the review!!). xo Karlena, Tom, Willow & Noah"
