"A+++ Sara was absolutely fantastic looking after my two cats while we were away. One of my cats has some health concerns, and Sara monitored her closely and kept me reassured the whole time. Her communication was excellent – she sent regular updates and photos throughout our holiday, which really put my mind at ease knowing the cats were happy and well cared for. She even kept my plants alive too! Sara is warm, reliable and genuinely cares, and I honestly couldn’t rate her highly enough. I would recommend her without hesitation – even my very skittish cat came out for a cuddle, which says it all."

"We are genuinely so happy with our experience with Nicole. She was absolutely fabulous is caring for our cats. When the dry food dispenser was not working properly, she was so willing to help download the app on her phone and configured everything required to fix it. Our cats love her so much too and she did everything brilliantly based on our instructions.
