They took great care of both cats, kept us updated, and made sure they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands. "Steph has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 18-year-old cat over the past two weeks. Leaving an elderly cat with special needs is never easy, but Steph made the whole experience completely stress-free.
She visited every day to feed and care for my cat, and always sent lovely photos and detailed updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that my cat was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care.
Steph is reliable, kind, and clearly has a great understanding of senior pets and their individual needs. I felt completely confident that my cat was in the best hands while I was away.

"Jenny has been amazing, we needed a high quality pet sitter ASAP who would also be ok with being available during the delivery of our first baby 🥹 Jenny was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and took amazing care of our buns while we were in the hospital.
