"Andreas and Ale were excellent pet sitters for our dog and cat. They spent time prior to our trip running through our daily routine and we could see the pets liked them both immediately (always a great indicator!). They even managed a difficult situation with a neighbours dog. They were wonderful with communications, photos and messages throughout the entire week and when we returned home the pets were the best they've ever been after we've been away, very calm and non-stressed. They even left a lovely little note and 2 cute little stickers (thankyou!) at the end of the sit. We would definitely engage Ale and Andreas again and look forward to our next trip away with relief, knowing our fur people will be well taken care of. Great experience, thanks!"

"William did a great job looking after our two cats while we were away for a month. He visited every day to feed them, kept us updated, and gave us peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. We came home to two happy, healthy cats. We'd happily recommend William to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

"We needed to go interstate for a week, and we’re recommended to use Pawshake by a tradie - we usually have family who can take care of our cats, but now live away so we were hesitant of course to have a stranger take care for us.
Megg’s profile was fantastic. Her experience noted really resonated with me, as she came across as having a kind heart, both for animals and people.
On reaching out to her, Megg suggested a meet and greet to see how our three cats would take to her- and while cats can be cats, they really seemed to like Megg- even our sensitive boy.
So after that we agreed and I felt really at ease. From day one we had astounding service and care. With 2 almost senior kitties and one 12 month old, my list of requirements was fairly basic. We opted for 2x a day visit and I was notified for one night she couldn’t visit. I was given regular updates and photos, and as I’d informed Megg of our interactive camera, I saw stills of Megg taking great care and spending time with our cats, especially after the storm we’d had- she gave them extra love and checked if treats were allowed.
She even brought our delivery package in!
We needed to extend our trip and Megg was only too happy to be available which we so appreciated.
Once we got home, the cats weren’t too phased we were back, so I just knew that they were anxious free and happy while we had Megg to take care of them. Everything was clean and tidy too.
Megg even checked to make sure we got home safely from our trip.
Would absolutely recommend Megg, or have her sit for our cats in future "

"Linda was hands down, the best pet sitter we have ever had. My cat normally is shy and is distant from people but he instly shown a liking to Linda as soon as she walked in the door. Linda has alot of knowledge on cats and is so calm and gentle with them. I felt safe leaving my cat with her. She sent daily updates and photos of him. "We recently had Gisell come to check in on our cats whilst our family was away on holiday. Gisell went over and above checking in on our cats to ensure that they had enough food whilst we were away and she kept in contact to keep me in the loop and also provide photos. My fur babies were happy to see her whenever she came to visit and we wouldn't hesitate to rebook Gisell next time we go away and need someone to care for our cats. "I extended my booking with Lynsey due to some unexpected circumstances. Lynsey was so helpful and I can tell that she really cares about our furry kid. I am so lucky to find a safe pair of hands to leave my cat with.
She spent extra time during her visits, patiently playing with my cat and making sure he was comfortable and well looked after. She also sent me plenty of photos and updates, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away.

"Reine did a fabulous job looking after our cat, Sweetie, and our Quaker parrot. She spent a good amount of time with them both morning and night, and it really showed in how comfortable and settled our parrot was.
Sweetie the cat didn’t make much of an appearance (cats will be cats!), but our parrot absolutely loved Reine’s company. Reine followed all instructions perfectly and was incredibly patient and gentle, even when our parrot got a bit bitey. Her calm approach and genuine care for animals really stood out.
Although Reine wasn’t booked to look after our French bulldog, she came by once we got home. We normally keep him away from new people as he can be quite reactive, but Reine, who clearly has experience with dog training, confidently and calmly assessed the situation and suggested letting him out. Despite plenty of barking and reactivity at first, she was amazing with him, and within about half an hour, he had settled and was accepting treats from her hand. We were so impressed with Reine that we’ll absolutely continue using her for our pet‑sitting needs in the future, and hopefully one day she’ll finally get to meet Sweetie properly! We’ll also be getting Reine back to help with some additional training for our dog. Highly recommend."
