"Ruby is an excellent communicator and very diligent in her duties. I am a fussy owner of two fussy cats and they are always calm and cared for when ruby has taken care of them while I am away. She stepped in during an emergency which resulted in her needed to extend her taking care of my cats at short notice with kindness and ease. I highly recommend ruby. "

"Narelle and her family were the perfect solution to keeping Fred happy while we were away. He's just not a kennels kinda guy; he needs close contact with people and other dogs. He was looked after really well, exercised, given attention and collected and dropped off. Great service! Our special thanks to Daisy, his hostess goldie, for having a positive influence on his teen-boyish behaviour; in ten days she achieved more than we had managed in a year! "Deborah looked after our cats while we went away recently on two separate trips to Canberra and Adelaide. Deborah takes pet sitting very seriously- she followed all instructions perfectly, and communication was a breeze. She spent valuable time with our cats and treated them as if they were her own. I never had to worry about them while we were away.
