"Ruby is an excellent communicator and very diligent in her duties. I am a fussy owner of two fussy cats and they are always calm and cared for when ruby has taken care of them while I am away. She stepped in during an emergency which resulted in her needed to extend her taking care of my cats at short notice with kindness and ease. I highly recommend ruby. "

"Deborah looked after our cats while we went away recently on two separate trips to Canberra and Adelaide. Deborah takes pet sitting very seriously- she followed all instructions perfectly, and communication was a breeze. She spent valuable time with our cats and treated them as if they were her own. I never had to worry about them while we were away. The icing on the cake was the great photos we received each day- I enjoyed the photos so much that I am making sure I get copies of them :) As long as we live in Ballarat, Deborah will be our only pet sitter!"
