"Annie did a fantastic job looking after my (18yo) senior cat Carly. Annie checked in every couple days with pictures- a good amount to be comforted that she was being taken care of well but not overwhelming. Annie also had a great level of communication. She took such wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for 12 days, and it made a huge difference knowing they were in good hands.We were able to truly relax on our trip because Lola was so reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about our cats.
She kept in regular contact with us, sending updates, videos and photos, which we loved. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable our cats were.
