"Due to my previous arrangements falling through, I had to organise a pet sitter for my 11 year old staffie kelpie Cross girl, about 10 days before leaving for a long holiday. My dog (Gemma) is a nervous Nellie so I was quite concerned about how things would go. At first meet and greet, Gemma was really comfortable with Deb. Deb and Andy came for a second time so Gemma could meet them both. She is more nervous around males and Andy was so patient and gentle with her, winning her over. Knowing I was a bit worried about how things would go with me being away and Gemma being a nervous dog, Deb sent me regular updates. She took fantastic care of Gemma and built a wonderful relationship with her whilst I was away. The updates showed Gemma happy and relaxed, enjoying hanging out with Deb. I can't recommend Deb highly enough. She turned a stressful situation, in to a wonderful easy solution. I could totally relax whilst away, knowing Gemma was being so well taken care of. Will definitely be booking Deb & Andy again in the future."

"We would happily recommend Luisa as a pet sitter.
She communicated well with us, both before and during our time away.
She left our home neat and tidy and we returned home to a relaxed and happy cat.
I had forgotten initially to ask Luisa to feed our fish and she added this to her visits without any problems.

"Doris treated our cats with so much care and thoughtfulness. She made sure that the fussy eater ate properly and was so patient with her. Her love for animals really shone through in the multiple videos that she took to update us on our cats. We highly recommend Doris and would not hesitate to ask her to take care of our cats again."

"Anne was very easy to communicate with, and took the time to send updates and photos of my cats each visit. She even got them a toy for Christmas which they loved! My cats seemed to be very happy to be under the care of Anne. She took extra steps to make sure my cats were doing well and kept hydrated during the heatwave while I was away.
She is very lovely and trustworthy, would definitely rebook and recommend to my friends if they ever need a petsitter :)"

"Ling, was looking after our 14-year-old gorgeous boy cat Jason. He is very shy and avoids people he doesn’t know, and normally hides until they are gone, so we were worried how he would react to someone, who he did not meet before and if he is going to come out and interact with non-family member.
As it turned out we did not need to worry at all. Ling has stolen his heart; he was having a very good time with her! :) Jason was following her around, playing and eating all his food. We were sent regular updates, photos and videos and seeing him happy made us very happy too!
Ling is a wonderful pet sitter, and I would definitely recommend her services!

"From the moment of my first contact with Melissa I had an overwhelming feeling of confidence that ny precious furry family members where going to be cared for in the best possible way. During the 3 weeks I had easy and regular communication with Melissa as to how they were going as well as reassuring photos/videos all of which confirmed my initial feelings of confidence that the family where in the best and safest hands possible. I returned to 3 happy cats who were relaxed, happy, and who didn’t seem to miss a beat. Medication was expertly and competently handled as was a slightly more anxious cat and fussy eater all with no trouble. It was a perfect match and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melissa (as long as it doesn’t clash with my future requests for bookings!!!) as i would have Melissa over anyone else and so would the furkids…(they want me to pass that on!!!) "Rebecca is so easy to work with, reliable and flexible. Rebecca looked after our two inside cats for 9 days. Photos were emailed showing 2 very happy relaxed and contented cats. We did not have to worry about anything. There was a mix up with food but Rebecca sorted it out for us.

"I’m so happy I found Beatriz! She was absolutely wonderful with my cats. From the start her communication was friendly and reliable, and she followed all my instructions with care. She even showed great initiative — when she couldn’t make it at the exact time we’d agreed, she let me know straight away and still came later that same night, which was very thoughtful and reassuring.
Every day she sent me cute little videos and updates about what my cats ate and how they were gaining confidence around her, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. She also went the extra mile by cleaning their bowls and even giving our Litter-Robot an extra clean before we got home, so everything was fresh and tidy for our return.
It’s clear Beatriz genuinely cares for the pets she looks after. I felt so comfortable knowing my cats were in her hands, and I’ll definitely book her again. Highly recommend!"
