"Aga looked after our two in-door, young cats for two weeks, staying in our house while we were away.
From the initial request Aga was great, she was professional, responsive, trustworthy, and took responsibility when there was a minor hiccup with dates.
While we were away, we were kept up to date with photos of the cats and plenty of information, without having to prompt or ask. Most importantly, the cats appeared relaxed and took to Aga. We would happily request Aga's services again."

"We have never left our 16 yr old Cavoodles before, and so we were very apprehensive to go away, but my grandsons 'make-a-wish' was for a family holiday, and so of course, we were going.
Right from our first meeting, Gracie made us feel like nothing was a problem. My dogs took to her immediately. She sent us updated photos, and when the dogs weren't eating (which I actually expected), Gracie tried some of our ideas, and soon enough, the dogs were doing well. When we arrived home, the dogs looked happy and relaxed, and our home was clean and tidy, actually hard to tell she had even been there.
I can't thank Gracie enough for the care she gave my precious old dogs and the peace of mind knowing they were being cared for at home.

We left our "special needs" rescue Kelpie with Jen for a week so we could take a much needed break overseas to catch up with family we haven't seen for years. Our dog is extremely anxious, she needs daily medication and a very understanding pet sitter. "Ellie provided exceptional care for my anxious dog who needed an extra level of care. She stayed overnight with him and followed all of the instructions I left as well going above and beyond by picking him up and transporting him to my house. She showed genuine compassion and understanding and has a lot of experience with animals both personally and professionally. She kept me up to date with regular photos and updates which really put my mind at ease. My dog took an instant liking to Ellie and he was so happy when I returned home the next day. "Couldn’t recommend Lynda and Briony enough. The pets were incredibly well taken care of, my dog got walks every day, and I got updates and photos almost every day for the 2 and a half weeks I was away overseas. I came back to pretty relaxed pets (they probably didn’t even noticed I was gone!), the house was spotless and all the plants are alive.
Communication was super easy and it was great having them take care of the house - gave me the peace of mind I very much needed for this trip. "
