"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"I can not thank Vanessa enough for her service, she was a great communicator from the very start which set the whole family at ease immediately about making this very hard decision to leave our ageing Socs for the very first time with anyone except family. Vanessa is a lovely caring person, it is obvious she loves animals, she is reliable, trust worthy and respectful. Vanessa followed all instructions that were discussed and kept in regular contact updating us on Socs. We arrived home to a very well looked after relaxed cat. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa for any kind of pet minding services that may be required. If necessary I will certainly be using Vanessa to care for Socs in the future. Thank you once again :)"

"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! "Estella was absolutely amazing with my cat, Loki. She went above and beyond in caring for him while I was away, showing a level of dedication that really stood out. Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. Her regular updates via WhatsApp on how the kitties were doing gave me great peace of mind when I was overseas. I am very grateful to have Olga care for my cats.
