"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"Kathryn look after my 5 cats for 8 days, this is the first time I have left them for that long, all my cats have different personalities, plus my cat Cino is very anxious. Kathryn was such a kind caring cat sitter, she send messages and photos everyday and Cino looked so relaxed. "Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "I am very happy with the service Olga provided during my three weeks away from home. I am a fussy feeder and am particular on how my cats are fed. Olga followed my request well. Apart from feeding my kitties twice a day, Olga also did what a loving cat mom would do, including cleaning up their litter box and pee from one of my naughty male cats. Her regular updates via WhatsApp on how the kitties were doing gave me great peace of mind when I was overseas. I am very grateful to have Olga care for my cats. I would not hesitate to recommend Olga to anyone who is looking for a caring cat sitter."

"We would like to give our highest recommendation for Loreen.
Loreen was a great communicator from start to finish. She visited our house and then messaged back to confirm all the details that we had discussed. She was very thorough and asked questions I hadn’t even considered, which made me feel so comfortable about leaving access to both our home and cat in her care. Loreen kept me updated with pics throughout our holiday which put me completely at ease and left no wondering if everything was ok back home. Our cat looked very happy, either curled up sleeping and comfortable or enjoying cuddles with Loreen. Loreen should be a pro animal photographer some of the photos were really great!
I found Loreen extremely professional. She immediately had a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort as our cat can be skittish around new people. I genuinely felt that Loreen loves animals and has a deep affection for the animals in her care. She worked hard to ensure our cat was comfortable in our absence. We came home to a very happy cat.
Loreen also watered my beloved plants while we were on holiday. Loreen knew the plant by species and I was delighted to receive an update on their progress as well 😊. I’m so grateful!
Thank you to Loreen for all the update and care. There is no question of Loreen’s trustworthiest and her love of animals. We would highly recommend Loreen! She is a pro and who genuinely loves animals.

"Hi Mandie. Thank you for taking such good care of our little Ziggy dog while we were away, it was great to get updates and pictures of him every day, apart from feeding him the play time and walks every day was a bonus, and much appreciated. Also I thank you for watering the pot plants and cleaning up after Ziggy entirely at your own voluntary suggestion. You will most definitely be my first choice again in the future. "
