"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.
Will definitely be using Jenna again - and recommending her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. "

"We had Doris care for our cat with daily home visits while we were away for 5 weeks, and we couldn’t be happier. Our cat is usually veer shy and hides from strangers, but she quickly warmed up to Doris which says a lot about her gentle and calming approach. Doris sent us photos of our cat everyday which gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended."

"Laura took great care our 3 cats when we were away. She’s very experienced with cats (and dogs), spent time cuddling them and sent us photos. One of our cats is very shy with strangers and usually hides but Laura took a photo of her eating while she was there and I was amazed at the trust she showed her in such short period of time! #catwhisperer ☺️ I felt confident leaving our house and pets with Laura and wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone."

"Joel has been a very professional and passionate for pet care. My cat has never been left alone at home, he is a very cautious cat. But Joel has been dealing with him so well for almost a month. "Kitty recently pet-sat for our cat, Roo, and did a fantastic job. Her communication was great throughout, always keeping us in the loop. We really appreciated receiving lots of pictures and videos of Roo, which showed she was doing well. Kitty also spent time playing with Roo, which is what she wants the most. "Glad that I found Camilla here. She is so friendly and bubbly. My cats are rescued cats so they tend to be timid, stressed out easily, and take longer to warm up when there is a new carer. But Camilla took great care of them with her love and patience during the the week I was away. My cats looked so relax and happy with her presence and able to come close to her within a short time. Communication is great I got detail daily update and a timely response, the cats' food and water bowl, litter trays are all kept clean. I will definitely re-book Camilla for pet sitting again when I am out of town next time. Thank you so much!"

"Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility.
