"Katherine and her mum recently minded our cats for two weekends, coming to visit and feed them twice a day. I was so impressed by their warmth and kindness - it’s obvious they love cats, and they looked after ours with such great care, even giving medication to one of our older cats. I appreciated how they kept in touch regularly and sent us photos of each of the cats. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well. I would happily recommend Katherine and her mum as reliable, friendly pet sitters - our cats loved them too!"

"I'm so grateful to Sachi for taking care of my 2 dogs, cat and fish while I was overseas for a month. I was stressed about leaving them but felt that having a carer come to my home was a better option than leaving them in a boarding kennel, especially my senior dog who is a bit lame and on daily medication.
I met Sachi in my home and as soon as he met the dogs I felt immediately comfortable with him. He is calm and professional and at the same time respectful and professional. I explained what I needed him to do, how often, what medication to give and when along with details like indoor accidents, changing kitty litter and emergency contacts. I interviewed other carers but felt that Sachi was just right for my needs and so offered him the job which he accepted.
We met again shortly before I left just to go over everything again and then I was off.
He kept me informed every visit, twice a day with a photo diary and daily updates and he even did a supermarket run when the dog food ran low! He was really such a great person and he cleaned up accidents and let me know everyday of what was going on. He even put my bins out!
If you are looking for true animal lover with a great sense of responsibility you can trust Sachi to help. I sincerely recommend him and without hesitation will contact him again for the next holiday care. Ten out of ten!!!"

"Estella was absolutely amazing with my cat, Loki. She went above and beyond in caring for him while I was away, showing a level of dedication that really stood out. Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter—Estella treated Loki like her own, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and reliability."

"Casey was amazing. So gracious and understanding, and was very open with communication. Had no difficulty with the complicated set up/schedule we had going on. She also had to deal with my MIL (MILs first time house sitting for us whilst Casey visited for the cats) and was super kind throughout, even when MIL was being a bit difficult/demanding/boomer-y lol. "Iren has been the best with my little cat! Not only she came to feed her but she also made sure to spend time with my cat, to play with her, she groomed her , but she also made sure to send me videos and pictures to reassure me. Iren also makes sure to reply to every text and is very quick in her response time which is highly appreciated! She really made sure that my cat was well looked after, and I can really see that she cared not only for the animal, but also for the « worried owner »!!! I will for sure book Iren again! Best cat sitter ever !"

"Kylie went above and beyond when looking after my fur baby. I received updates and pictures every day letting me know that all was ok. Kylie administered medicine, fed and watered and took Tilly for a walk. Kylie is trustworthy and I want to thank her so much for the care she gave to Tilly. "Zaheera is AMAZING! We were let down by our previously booked pet sitter the day before we were due to go away. Hours later we were able to get in contact with Zaheera and she was kind enough to come over that very same night to meet all our pets and run through their routine. Our plans were very unpredictable and Zaheera was able to accommodate additional days at short notice. She gave us detailed daily updates along with photos. We were amazed that even the most timid of our cats were not only comfortable with Zaheera but approached her for pats! It was clear she cared for them. She didn't just clean the trays, feed them and leave. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Zaheera. She will undoubtedly exceed your expectations!"

"Michelle is highly reliable, punctual and responsible. She absolutely adores cats, so I knew she would respect my cats and treat them properly. We had very open communication, and I felt I could enquire/ask her any concerns I had during my holidays. She also kept me updated on a daily basis. She sent me pictures and videos every day, so I could constantly see how my cats were doing. I was at peace of mind during my holidays knowing Michelle was taking care of my cats.
