"I've used a couple of local (exxy) agencies & they were quite underwhelming - like leaving a stack of dirty cat food bowls in the sink for when you come back from being away! Now I've found a gem - Claire :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She's trustworthy, genuine, and clearly cares about doing the right thing for the pets in her care. "Megan house sat for me and Saffy for over a week. She was beyond wonderful. I got photos every day. it was so comforting knowing that Saffy was safe, happy and very well cared for while I was gone. "Caroline was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We booked her to make a house visit once daily over 8 days to look after our two elderly cats (plus water the pot plants) while we were away overseas. We felt very comfortable leaving them in her care, and it was clear from the photos and videos she sent that they received plenty of TLC. They’re old and fussy, but they loved her! We found her communication style to be proactive and clear. We’ll definitively book Caroline again."
