"Wing and her boyfriend took exceptional care of our cats while we were away. We were especially grateful because one of our cats, Wanzi, had been unwell recently and required extra attention and care.
They looked after her with so much patience, kindness, and dedication, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. They also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear that they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of all our cats, and we came home to happy, relaxed pets. We are incredibly thankful for the love and attention they gave Wanzi during a time when she needed it most.

"Iris was lovely to work with. She was extremely attentive when shown care instructions and took the effort to clarify to ensure we were on the same page. Camy our cat took to her immediately and they had lots of fun playing together. She ensured consistent communication while we were away and sent lots of photos. She also cleaned the pet dishes and made sure it was tidy before leaving.

"This was our first time using Percy as our cat sitter, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provided.
Percy kept us updated with photos and videos while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. Unfortunately, our cat is very territorial, unsociable, and wasn't very welcoming—she kept trying to attack Percy! We felt terrible, but Percy was incredibly patient, understanding, and never gave up on making sure our cat was cared for.
Despite the challenging circumstances, Percy remained professional, kind, and dedicated. We truly appreciated her patience and the love she showed our difficult little fur baby.

"Steph has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 18-year-old cat over the past two weeks. Leaving an elderly cat with special needs is never easy, but Steph made the whole experience completely stress-free.
She visited every day to feed and care for my cat, and always sent lovely photos and detailed updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that my cat was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care.

"We were anxious about leaving our two cats for a few days as we have had them a year and we have never had them in an cattery or had a sitter come in before. The cats can be a bit timid and we were worried how they would relate to a new person in their lives.
Darren was brilliant right from the start - he came around to meet the cats a week before we went away and we could see that he was really a pet person. He has a cat and a dog of his own.
He visited the cats twice a day while we were away and sent photos and videos of them feeding and being groomed every day. The cats were very happy when we got home.
Darren also washed up all the cat dishes which we didn’t expect as we have plenty of them in the cupboard.
We would highly recommend Darren to anyone requiring a pet sitter. We hope to use his services again in the future."

"Jenny has been amazing, we needed a high quality pet sitter ASAP who would also be ok with being available during the delivery of our first baby 🥹 Jenny was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and took amazing care of our buns while we were in the hospital. The buns were happy, well fed and well taken care of, and we were able to extend our booking with Jenny as needed. "Mark took amazing care of Dodge my kitty while I was away for two weeks. Dodge required special care due to chronic illness and Mark, Helen and Chloe took it on themselves to make sure he got his medications on time, that he ate well and received lots of love. Constant pictures and videos gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Mark, who has lovely kitties of his own and is flexible on arrangements. He also takes instructions very seriously. Coming twice a day to shower love on Dodge the way you did, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Mark, Helen and Chloe!! "
