"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.
Jessie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter, and we will definitely be utilising her services again for future trips. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough!"

I couldn’t be happier with Percy’s service as a cat sitter! She is a sweet and warm-hearted person who genuinely loves cats. I was overseas for five weeks, throughout her visits, she took amazing care of my cats, Benny and Tenna, capturing plenty of photos and videos to keep me updated. "We were really happy with how Jenny cared for our two cats. What's more, our cats appeared very happy as well. Previously when we returned from vacation, despite the lovely cattery we have taken them to, they have been quite angry at us for a couple of hours when we collect them. "We were anxious about leaving our two cats for a few days as we have had them a year and we have never had them in an cattery or had a sitter come in before. The cats can be a bit timid and we were worried how they would relate to a new person in their lives.
Darren was brilliant right from the start - he came around to meet the cats a week before we went away and we could see that he was really a pet person. He has a cat and a dog of his own.
He visited the cats twice a day while we were away and sent photos and videos of them feeding and being groomed every day. The cats were very happy when we got home.
Darren also washed up all the cat dishes which we didn’t expect as we have plenty of them in the cupboard.
We would highly recommend Darren to anyone requiring a pet sitter. We hope to use his services again in the future."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with Jess as my cat sitter! She took such great care of my fur baby while I was away. Every day, she made sure to brush my cat, give her asthma puffs, and administer her medication on time. I also appreciated that she ensured the auto-feeder was working smoothly and kept my cat’s water fresh. On top of that, she watered my plants (they didn’t die!) and made sure the kitty litter was always clean. It was such a relief knowing my cat and home were in such capable hands. Jess is reliable, thoughtful, and truly cares about my cat's well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and loving sitter!"

"Mark took amazing care of Dodge my kitty while I was away for two weeks. Dodge required special care due to chronic illness and Mark, Helen and Chloe took it on themselves to make sure he got his medications on time, that he ate well and received lots of love. Constant pictures and videos gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Mark, who has lovely kitties of his own and is flexible on arrangements. He also takes instructions very seriously. Coming twice a day to shower love on Dodge the way you did, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Mark, Helen and Chloe!! "
