"Jason is a kind and thoughtful person who took fabulous care of our indoor cat and (outdoor!) chooks over Xmas and during the post-Xmas heatwave. The heat brought additional requirements for our animals and Jason was very thoughtful of their needs and communicated well, which meant we could enjoy our trip knowing our pets were well cared for. He was also kind enough to vacuum and clean up as a lovely surprise for us, so we arrived home to happy pets and a reduced list of jobs. Thanks very much Jason! We highly recommend Jason as a pet sitter."

"I recently had the pleasure of appointing Ting as our cat Mittens' caretaker, and we cannot express enough how satisfied we are with the level of care and attention provided.
From the very beginning, Ting exhibited a genuine love for animals and a true understanding of their needs. Mittens, our beloved cat, is ragdoll and can be very playful at times. Ting immediately formed a bond with him. It was evident that Mittens felt comfortable and at ease in Ting’s presence.
What truly stood out was the extra effort Ting put into the service. Despite our initial agreement, Ting went above and beyond by visiting Mittens additional times. The additional visits ensured that Mittens not only received the necessary care but also had ample playtime and companionship. It was heartening to see Mittens’ well-cared-for upon our return.
Ting demonstrated a high level of responsibility and reliability throughout the entire pet-sitting period. Regular updates were provided, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to enjoy our time away without worrying constantly about Mittens' well-being.
We highly recommend Ting to anyone in need of a pet sitter who combines professionalism with a genuine love for animals. Mittens and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care provided, and we will not hesitate to reach out to Ting for future pet-sitting needs.

"Liam and his partner took good care of my two cats and five chickens while I was away over Christmas. I received twice daily updates, reassuring me that he was on top of the night and morning routines, and occasional photos of my elusive cats. He also put the bins out on Christmas night, which is very much appreciated! And brought them in the next day. I would recommend Liam, his communication was fantastic."

"I could not be happier with Tahlea and her service. She took a short notice booking which absolutely saved me, was extremely flexible with meeting times, and was friendly and professional from the moment we met. The dogs loved her and even better, she was fine that they drooled! Tahlea was very flexible with home visit timings and asked questions for information I hadn't even thought of (like my vet). When I got back from my trip, the dogs were happy but relatively calm to see me, which is a fantastic indicator that they were happy and well looked after (in all honesty they were probably disappointed I wasn't Tahlea!). She also walked two 70kg dogs without concern, and was receptive to one of the boy's health needs.
I will definitely book Tahlea again for any sitting days I need. She exceeded all of my expectations and made a weekend away even better, for I had no stress that my boys were in great hands. I got a detailed update with photos after her visit. This was a fantastic element of her service that really helped solidify my contentment in her service and the welfare of my boys. Thank you so much!!"
