"Emma and her daughter looked after our two cats while we were away, and they were fantastic. They took great care of both cats, kept us updated, and made sure they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands. "Steph has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 18-year-old cat over the past two weeks. Leaving an elderly cat with special needs is never easy, but Steph made the whole experience completely stress-free.
She visited every day to feed and care for my cat, and always sent lovely photos and detailed updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that my cat was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care.
Steph is reliable, kind, and clearly has a great understanding of senior pets and their individual needs. I felt completely confident that my cat was in the best hands while I was away.

"Michelle was fantastic with my Ragdoll kitten, Persie. She was incredibly reliable and sent photo updates twice a day, which put my mind completely at ease while I was away. "Jenny has been amazing, we needed a high quality pet sitter ASAP who would also be ok with being available during the delivery of our first baby 🥹 Jenny was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and took amazing care of our buns while we were in the hospital. The buns were happy, well fed and well taken care of, and we were able to extend our booking with Jenny as needed. We will absolutely keep booking Jenny in the future and can’t recommend her more highly, thank you Jenny! ☺️🐰"

"Ella did the most wonderful job of looking after my cat Nala for 6 days.
I’m an overprotective fur mum who gets really anxious leaving my little girl when I go away, but Ella cared for her so well and kept me updated with messages and photos.
At our ‘meet & greet’, Ella paid a lot of attention to the details and made sure she had all the information needed to keep Nala looked after in her regular routines.
Ella‘s communication was great and very efficient. I was kept up to date with messages and photos.
While I was away, I got stuck in a cyclone in QLD, whilst Sydney sweltered through 43° weather (not ideal for an anxious fur mum), but Ella went the extra mile to modify things where needed to adapt to the circumstances and make sure Nala was kept well. I was kept me updated and reassured she was well.
It was lovely for me to see in the updates I received that Nala was happy and bonding with Ella, as she can be a little shy at the beginning.
When I got home from my holiday, Nala was relaxed, happy and her normal self, so I could tell she’d been comfortable. Home was clean and tidy too, which I’m also grateful for.
I’m so thankful for the care Ella gave Nala and I would definitely recommend her as a Petsitter, for others and for my Nala again! Thank you😊😻"
