"Big thanks to Gisela for accepting my very last minute booking. Gisela came for our meet and greet and Millie really liked her right from the start. We had Gisela do a home visit for us, to stay with Millie for a couple of hours, whilst I was at work. She messaged me during the visit, sending pics and updates, and I just so appreciated that she was attentive and kind and wanting to help us. "I cannot recommend Melissa enough! She recently took care of my fur babies, Odette and Othello, while I was away on vacation, and I was absolutely thrilled with the care she provided. From the moment she met them, it was clear that she had a deep love and understanding of animals. She was incredibly patient with them, especially with Odette, who can be really scared of new people, and took the time to get to know them and understand their individual needs. While I was away, Melissa sent me regular updates and pictures, which were such a comfort and reassurance. It was clear that both Odette and Othello were happy and relaxed in her care, and I felt completely at ease knowing that they were in such good hands. I highly recommend Melissa to anyone in need of a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter.
