"Steph has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 18-year-old cat over the past two weeks. Leaving an elderly cat with special needs is never easy, but Steph made the whole experience completely stress-free. She visited every day to feed and care for my cat, and always sent lovely photos and detailed updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the updates that my cat was happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care.
