"Iris is a lovely cat sitter, despite my two very nervous cats spending most of their time under the bed when strangers are around, Iris took the time to get down on the ground to take photos of them each day and attempted to tempt them out with some toys.
I felt very reassured that they were both OK and returned home to two very relaxed cats.
I would definitely recommend Iris for cat sitting"

"Courtney is the absolute Rolls-Royce of pet sitters, without question. I’ve tried a few when Courtney hasn’t been available at short notice and the service, love, attention and and care provided is honestly night and day. Not to take away from other sitters at all, as they did everything they said they would which was my expectation, but Courtney has always gone far above and beyond and her comms and consistency are always 11/10 and so, so far above expectations. I won’t give spoilers or expectations but Courtney has other amazing talents that existing customers will know, and new may be so happy to discover.
Courtney has truly bonded so well with my skittish cat over the years and built trust and it didn’t take years at all - after their first meeting (gratuitously provided by Courtney, again showing her genuine care for my little bears security and mutual comfort under her watch) I knew very well the bear was at ease and very comfortable in her care. I’ve been re-booking Courtney for about 3 years now and if Courtney’s unavailable I actually reconsider my plans where possible because she knows my bear inside out - which has all been Courtney’s doing and proactivity while I’ve been away on several occasions, which just instills my confidence and trust in her more and more each time.
Courtney is extremely thorough, thoughtful, insightful, patient, caring, and always keeps you in the loop. Even when we’re only away for two days - Courtney has the ability to make us feel like we’re still at home, with our little bear, and when we come home he reacts like we were never gone. Is that because he’s a cat and doesn’t care? Possibly. Does he adore Courtney? Yes. "

"This was our first time using the app and also leaving the cats with someone we didn't know from before and I still can't believe we landed Mel in our first go! We booked her for two house visits a day for 6 days to feed our cats, freshen up water bowls, clear the litter and check general well-being of our girls. We did a little meet and greet before formalising the booking and she was kind enough to drop by our place to meet the cats and the energy was just perfect. Mel sent us the cutest updates after every visit, along with gorgeous pictures of the kitties, sharing details about litter use, playtime, appetite, etc. She was very proactive experienced and intuitive about the cats' needs, e.g. putting blinds down when the weather was going to be too hot, airing out the house, cleaning the cats' eyes when necessary. She was also kind enough to put our bins out and back in. I would love to have Mel looking after out cats if needed again. The pictures and daily reports showed and described our cats behaving exactly how they normally do, allowing us to have a relaxed holiday without worrying about the cats. We are very grateful to Mel for her care."

"Ty looked after my 3 cats and fish whilst I was away recently. He was in constant communication with me and provided daily pictures and updates ensuring my girls were safe and well cared for. He provided great service and kept the cats happy and comfortable, he even managed to get pats from my very nervous older cat who usually hides from people. I would highly recommend Ty to take care of your pets, and will definitely be requesting Ty & Judy in the future! "

"I can’t rave enough about how great Roisin is! She recently looked after my senior cat Fifi for 3 weeks and I found her to be warm, friendly, reliable, and great at communication.
