"We had an outstanding experience with the dog sitting and walking service for our two dogs, Havok and Terra. The level of care and attention to detail provided by the service was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, their communication was clear and consistent. They took the time to carefully understand all of our instructions, and even sent them back to us to confirm everything was correct, which gave us a lot of confidence before we left.
During the booking, they showed up reliably every day and kept us updated with photos of our pets, which we really appreciated. It made it so much easier to relax knowing everything was being taken care of so well.
They were thoughtful, organised, and clearly genuinely care about the animals they look after. Our pets were happy and well looked after when we returned, and our home was just as we left it.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book Sandy & Balint again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive pet sitters."
