"Hongyu looked after my two cats for just over a week while I was overseas, visiting daily to check on them, clean their litter trays, refresh their water, and spend some quality time playing with them so they still had interaction and attention throughout the day.
Throughout my trip, Hongyu was incredibly communicative, reliable, and helpful. Knowing she was checking in on the cats every day gave me real peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my holiday without worrying about what two mischievous cats might get up to when left to their own devices.
I particularly appreciated the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. One of my cats is quite nervous, shy, and wary of strangers, and Hongyu kept me updated on her gradual progress in winning over this particularly stubborn little character. It was wonderful to see both cats becoming more comfortable with her over time.
Hongyu did a fantastic job caring for my cats and treated them with genuine patience and kindness. I would happily recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter, and I will certainly be booking her again in the future."

"Chau is hands down the best pet sitter we've ever had! Communication was fantastic and my cats loved her. She spent lots of time with them and took lots of cute photos for us. I'm so grateful for the care she took with our kitties and it meant we had a great weekend away with nothing to worry about. "I genuinely couldn't be happier with the care Amiee provided for Hank while I was away!
Amiee was incredibly reliable, consistent and communicative throughout the entire booking. Every instruction was followed to the letter, the litter tray was spotless, the water was always fresh, and it was clear that the visits involved much more than simply feeding Hank and leaving.
I have a pet camera that alerts me when there is movement, so I could see that Amiee arrived every single day at almost exactly the same time. I'd even offered the option of using his automatic feeder if a different visiting time was more convenient, but Amiee never needed to. That level of consistency and reliability was really reassuring while I was away.
I also really appreciated how respectful Amiee was of my home. Everything was exactly as I'd left it when I returned. I don't think even a couch cushion had moved!
But what impressed me most was how much more settled Hank seemed when I got home. After previous trips, he's spent days wandering around the house yowling whenever he couldn't see me. This time, none of that! He was noticeably more relaxed, which makes me feel that Amiee really did spend quality time with him and helped him feel comfortable and cared for in my absence.
In fact, there was only one day when Amiee messaged to let me know the visit would need to be shorter than usual. I appreciated the transparency, and I was pleasantly surprised by the commitment to spending that time with Hank. I'd honestly never expected someone to be so conscientious about it.
I'm genuinely delighted with the care Amiee provided. It's such a relief to find someone so trustworthy, considerate and dependable, especially when you're leaving a solo cat at home. I wouldn't hesitate to book Amiee again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter!"

"Tobey was caring, attentive, and took wonderful care of my three cats, Rocket, Bonbon, and Estee, while I was away. She provided daily updates, which gave me great peace of mind and reassured me that my cats were happy, comfortable, and well looked after.
I booked Tobey for 24 days, and she was consistently reliable, showing up for every scheduled visit without fail. It's clear that she genuinely loves animals and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care.

"This is my first time using Pawshake and I couldn't be happier with Michelle. She had excellent communication, came and met us first and sent lots of photos each day. "Linda and Chris were great! My cat fell in love with them and would wait for them and then run to the door when they arrived. I came back from holidays and my cat’s coat was all shiny and soft from all the pats and brushing. My cat loves to be brushed and I can see that they spent ages with him giving him love. When my cat wanted to go outside they spent time with him out the back so he could explore. I thoroughly recommend them!
They even assisted when my robot vacuum got stuck a couple of times. Above and beyond. "

"We asked Sharon to be our 1st cat sitter for our 13 yr old rag doll while we were away overseas for 1 week. I’d say we made such a great decision to do so. Not only she’s very personable, she’s amazingly gentle and caring with our cat. She will let us know when she arrived at our place, and will send lots of videos and photos to show how our cat is doing. She didn’t just feed and brush him but she also spent time with him. That’s why our cat loves her whenever she comes by.
I would definitely recommend Sharon for anyone needing a cat sitter. We will no doubt be asking her for help when we need some help cat sitting in the future :)
